The problem

 

       

 
  1. not enough bandwidth to download scientific material in a reasonable time without spending the whole day in front of the computer, which  I call real connectivity;
  2. lack of the necessary hardware, i.e. computers, to do it;
  3. impossibility to pay for the connection.
